To summarise a thread:
1. Open the email thread in Outlook 365
2. Click 'Summarise' (appears above the thread)
3. Read the auto-generated summary
4. Follow-up prompts you can use:
   — "What are the outstanding action items in this thread?"
   — "Who was responsible for the last action?"
   — "What was the final decision made?"
   — "Draft a follow-up email asking [person] for a status update"

To draft a reply with Copilot:
1. Click Reply on the email
2. Click 'Draft with Copilot' in the compose window
3. Type your intent: e.g., "Agree to the vendor's payment extension request. Ask them to confirm the revised invoice date. Professional tone."
4. Copilot drafts. Refine if needed: "Make it shorter" or "Add a line about our late payment policy"
